The underground supply is under permit NAF14-00028 Contractor’s Note: The building permit has not been issued at this time. The building department may determine that changes are required to the building plans in order to meet code. The changes may affect the sprinkler system. The sprinkler contractor will be obligated to make all necessary changes that may be required. Therefore, if the sprinkler contractor chooses to proceed without an issued building permit, they will do so on their own cognizance. This note does not constitute an early start agreement.

All hydro tests have been previously completed. Walked through north east wing, identified painted heads to be replaced and heads in bathrooms that need to be changed to 175 deg due to proximity to heat source.

Previous item of concern with the unheated patio/storage area and sprinkler head. Contractor added a vent register between living space and patio storage area.
