Legacy Apartment building "B". Permit for a new 3 story 24,116 sqft apartment building consisting of 24 units. Each dwelling unit shall contain an emergency guide in accordance with IFC section 408.9 indicating evacuation routes, smoke alarms and building fire extinguisher locations. This building is required to be fire sprinklered with an approved fire alarm system in accordance with NFPA 13 and NFPA 72.
