The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding protection to a new stairway and elevator.

(RIVERSIDE HOTEL) Permit for the construction new stairways and the installation of two new elevators. The new building enclosures for the elevators and stairways will be added on to the exterior of the existing building, new mini-split HVAC units will be installed to condition the new spaces. All work per the approved plans and the attached engineering. This building is fully fire sprinklered for the R occupancy. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 and 72 as regulated by the fire department. CDM
