A temporary for life safety, for 30 days, is being given with Scott's approval until the two thumbturn dead bolts are removed and ADA compliant hardware is installed on the new office door. Also per previous conference with Scott suppression systems will be required for the Powder Coating and Paint Booth operations. This work will require separate permits. The use of these booths is not allowed until approved by the AHJ.

24 Feb, During Garden City Pre App meeting it was indicated that Hub Cap Anniee would be installing a new paint spray booth and powder coating booth. These were not indicated under this permit, either modified plans need to be submitted or separate permit before finaling this permit; if equipment is installed.
