Provide ADA compliant single action door hardware on the two west facing doors and remove the thumb-turn deadbolts on these two doors. Provide a 2a,10bc fire exxtiguisher with a current inspection tag from a certified company mounted i a normal path of traffic. Mount no higher than 5' or lower than 4". Repair the non-functional emergency light. Provide all city approved plans and small documents. If additional corrections are required, as noted on the city approved plans, they will need to be corrected prior to a final sign off.

I emailed Shelly 4/3/18 I have not recieved a response as of today.
Shelly, the certificate of occupancy in the file only indicates a core and shell and TI of Type V construction. Do you have any other information in the file that indicates the occupancy classification and occupant load. If you have the old approved floor plan can you send it over? I do not know what occupancy 439 is, I am sure that is a code in your system. Thank you for your help.
