see original change mark. The tenant space requires 2 exits based on occupant load established by DBS. When 2 exits are required they only count as 2 exits if they are separated by 1/2 the diagonal distance in a non sprinklered building. You also have to swing the door in the direction of egress travel when you are required to have 2 exits. You are also required to have illuminated exit signs and emergency egress lighting along with the correct door hardware. The floor plan had not been changed to address the original egress items other than a note 2nd man door. Please provide 2 code compliant egress doors.
