Tenant needs to get seperate permit for occupancy, this permit is for vanilla shell only, no occpancy for this permit is stated in project description. East area of tenant (rear storage area) space has 2 sprinkler heads that are less than 6 foot apart, a minimum of 6 feet between heads is required per NFPA 13, verify sprinkler head spacing in storage area as well, possible overspaced sprinkler head. Insulation barrier paper is blocking/resting on numerous upright heads, insulation barrier needs adjusted for proper coverage of fire sprinkler heads as well as providing the minimum 1 inch clearance above head as required by NFPA 13. Area next to main entry, northside of door has a pocket created by plywood, fire sprinkler addition required to be code compliant, any and all modifications to fire sprinkler system will require a seperate permit. Provide annual inspection for fire extinguisher as discussed.
