1. The condensate drain must be run or pumped to an approved drain. Will freeze outside.
2. You cannont use flex connectors to pipe to the water heater. Only one 24" max. to connect heater on each side.
3. Provide a bug screen on the air inlet.
4. The flue must be panited per code.
