talled Courtney to see what the fixture count is-she called back and gave me the fixture count but after looking at the building permit the detached garage is not an ADU and there is no plumbing on the approved plans

talked to Preston-he said all they're doing now is adding a sink-i told him he would need a plan mod for taht and if they do the ADU he will need a plan mod for that as well. DRH17-00583 has an appeal period that ends on Feb 20 after 5:00
