Mr. Fields was in office to request refund. He explained plumbing permit was pulled because permit tech told him it was required, although it was not required so permit was voided. He said he requested refund approximately a year ago and received message back from COB that since he paid with credit card at permit desk he had to come in to provide physical credit card to refund the money to. Explained COB refund process and unfortunately since he did not come in to process the refund in time, becase we are unable to grant refunds exceeding 180 days of payment.
