called talked to Dusty-we need an ESC permit pulled for the work Talked to Nicollette in P&Z about the ROS19-00058 permit and she is fine with the 4 PLM W/S's to be put on 1 permit at 5122 N Pierce Park LN-on the 4 PLM W/S's and driveway that's being done. Once we get that it's ok to add the 3 other W/S's to this permit since the other address's are not in our system yet. Per Andy L ESC can be issued over the counter with no drawings and they need to call in a site prep inspection prior to any work. Once we add the 3 other W/S's we can add the fees and he can go online and pay them

per Nicollette in P&Z there is a ROS permit on this address for a lot split. They need the W/S 's put in before everything is finaled.
