Work to include remodel of dinning area, construction of one-hour fire rated interior partitions, remodel mens and womens restrooms by repairing or replace bath tile and fixtures and partitions, construct a 150 sq ft raised floor area, change light fixtures, paint exterior, and install new exterior ramp and sidewalk adjacent to accessible parking spaces.
