To remodel the 1st floor and basement floor of an existing office building per approved plans on file. 1st floor is 1,500 sq.ft./Basement is 1,458 sq.ft. Work to include, remove interior nonbearing walls and relocate interior walls, construct one fully accessible restroom, create new office area on the first floor and three new offices in the basement, reverse swing of front door to make an accessible approach. Construct new counter at reception area, (the accessible portion will be located at the reception side of counter), Install 5/8 type x gypboard on basement ceiling and construct a wall with 5/8 type x gyboard with a 20 minute fire rated door assembly to separate the basement from the floor above.
