To perform code upgrade of HVAC system smoke/fire damper installations W/ actuation devices at 1-hour occupancy separations for control areas & occupancies, 2-hour area separation, and 1-hour exit corridors; access panel verification / installation for service & inspection of S/F dampers; verify operations of existing S/F Damper installations; provide missing smoke or fire damper at locations designated as requiring same per section 713, 1994 UBC, code under which remodel was done; install exit doors and HPM Room complete occupancy separation if not existing.
