To remodel interior by increasing the clean room area & relocate the access stairs to the lower level clean room mechanical / air return; relocate return air chases in clean room; expand the assembly fabrication area into the previous lunch / breakroom / office / restroom areas; relocate D/I Plan Filter Wall and double doors / infill wall opening; add BCF Room; relocate or upgrade process piping & testing equipment, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, sprinkler and alarm systems for needs & code compliance; suspended ceiling system and upgrades to remaining men,s & women,s restrooms for full accessibility compliance. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. THE NEW ADDITION(S) TO THE NORTH AND CONNECTION BETWEEN BUILDINGS 455 & 456 WITH ANY INTERIOR WORK SHOWN ON ANY PLANS ARE NOT PART OF THIS PROJECT SCOPE.
