NO NEW OCCUPANCY UNDER THIS PERMIT SEPARATE APPLICATIONS AND PERMITS REQUIRED FOR NEW TENANT OCCUPANCYS. NOTE: THE BASEMENT AREA IS CURRENTLY FIRE SPRINKLERED AND IS TO REMAIN FULLY OPERATIONAL DURING CONSTRUCTION. FIRE SPRINKLER ADDITIONS AND MODIFICATIONS SHALL REQUIRE PLANS AND PERMIT APPROVAL PRIOR TO ANY RELATED WORK.
