SCP GLOBAL TEHCNOLOGIES (BLDG 455/456) PHASE II - To construct a 4,992 sq.ft. loading dock to the northeast corner of building, construct a 1,431 sq.ft. enclosed link between Bldg. 455 and 456 at the South end, to attach buildings, and miscellaneous site work per DRH00-00076. A Density reduction survey has been done & recorded to remove interior property line between buildings. With this permit both buildings will be considered one building of Type V-N Construction with unlimited area, allowed by the 20 year renewable lease acquisition of the railroad right-of-way so there are four 60 foot yards around the perimeter and the building is fully fire sprinklered. To install electrical, mechanical, plumbing & sprinkler system for support of modified existing areas and the new additions. All per approved plans, notes & attached plan review comments. NOTE: This builidng is fully sprinkled for allowable area increase. PC#00-477/drs
