To remove approximately 50 feet of interior N.B. wall; To construct approximately 114 feet of N.B. walls to create a large & small conference room and a storage room. To add 20 feet of relocated interior wall creating 2 private offices from three; to add partial height portable partitions to create 7 new office spaces W/I the open office area, all per approved plans.
