Work being done in conjunction with remodel of basement, 1st floor and new rooftopm HVAC units installed under currently active permits BLD00-00238; BLD00-01050 & BLD00-01051. Third party structural peer review done by structual engineering firm under contract with Boise City for this specific purpose. NO DEFICIENCIES REVEALED DURING REVIEW - report letter on review attached to plans and in file. SPECIAL INPECTION per sections 106.3.5 & 1701 UBC & as noted on reference sheet S0.1 by structural engineer as part of previously noted building permits.
