To remodel for a new 5,500 sq.ft. tenant in existing building for bank/office use and remodel the existing drive through teller areas outside the tenant space within the drive through parking area per approved plans on file. The tenant space has a mezzanine for mechanical use. Main floor is 4,800 sq.ft. Mezzanine is 700 sq.ft.
