(MANHATTAN GRILL - ADELMAN BLDG - 2ND FLR) To remodel the entire 6,205 sq.ft. 2nd floor restaurant area for new restaurant tenant, there is no change of occupancy to the 2nd floor, per approved plans on file. Work to include, relocation of an existing wall approximately 2 ft located between the bar area and dinning area closest to Idaho st., remodel of the existing kitchen area, the installation of one new HVAC system on roof, related interior finishes. Separate permits required for Electrical, mechanical and plumbing work. , NOTE: This floor will be fire sprinklered under separate permit. The building will be fire sprinklered for one-hour substitution. Occupancy will not be granted until the entire building is fire sprinkelred and approved by the Boise City Fire Department. (P.C.#564-00) BUILDING MODIFICATION PLANS 10-03-00, PLAN MODIFICATION TO CONSTRUCT AN ADDITIONAL FULLY ACCESSIBLE WOMENS RESTROOM, AND COMBINE THE BAR AREA AND BANQUET AREA.
