To perform exterior modification to the east and south side of existing educational occupancy by installing 3 exterior exit doors and sidewalk/landing areas, and to perform interior modification to 2 interior classrooms to create a library. Other work inlcudes new doors across a one-way hall by the kitchen to eliminate a dead-end, installing fire sprinklers under the entrance canopy and bringing the exit hallway into compliance with the 1997 UBC per approved plans on file. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for 1-hr. substitution. The building is over area for the type of construction in its current condition and will need to be upgraded to allow any future remodels and or additions. (P.C.#592-00)
