Description
(IDANHA PUB & GRILL) This building is fire sprinklered, under the provisions of the 1994 UCBC, to allow it to be 10 feet and 2 stories too tall AND to be over area. To construct a bar (1,450 square feet) and a wine bar (500 square feet) on the first floor (Southwest corner) of the Idanha Building. Work is to include interior non-bearing walls, interior windows, interior doors, exterior doors, a new structural header, and millwork all per approved drawings, engineering, and plan review conditions on file. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13-1996 as regulated by the Fire Department. The maximum allowable occupant load of "Bar 108" (87) shall be posted near the main exit.
