To add frame walls with sheetrock cover, within a 2,930 sq. ft. second story tenant space, to create a 60 square foot room to be used as a unisex accessible restroom; to use a corner for an approximate 34" by 34", 1-hour shaft from penetration of first level ceiling, through 2nd floor, through attic area and extend through roof to a minimum height equal to the curb height above roof that will support the future exhaust fan system to be used with future grease exhaust hood for future restaurant kitchen hood on first level and a 24" x 24" shaft for make up air for hood system. This area is in tight quarters and requires precise layout & construction to maintain all noted & required minimum clearances W/I the restroom for accessibility compliance. This permit does not include installation of the exhaust hood, exhaust duct system or make up air. Separate application, plan submitals, review, approval and permit is required. All per approved plans, notes & plan review comments attached. The scope of this work will be ongoing at same time as remodel and seismic structural retrofit code upgrade under BLD00-00758.
