Work to include, installation of new type one hood system, construction of a one-hour rated duct enclosure, installation of a type two hood system over the dishwasher, construction of two new fully accessible restrooms, installation of new grease interceptors, new seating, new partitions, new rear exit door, Miscelaneous related interior finishes, and kitchen appliances. A Separate permit was issued for the demolition (BLD00-02423) And for the upgrade of the area separation wall on the west side of this space(BLD00-02304) NOTE: This builing is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. Any alteration or modifications to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department Parking approved by Wayne Gibbs per letter dated 4-12-00 (cross reference CUP99-00080) (PC#633-00) *RMH* (PLAN MODIFICATION 11-30-00) PLAN MODIFICATION TO ADD ADDITIONAL AREA TO THE PERMITTED RESTRAUNT TENANT IMPROVEMENT PER APPROVED PLANS AND ENGINEERING.
