*WINDEMERE REALTY OFFICES* Within an existing 4 level, 2,174 sq. ft. tenant space, to remodel a 384 sq. ft. open office portion on the lower level by adding approximately 15 feet of N.B. wall to create a manufacturing / copy production area to produce real estate picture sales pamphlets / books; installing cabinetry at room perimeter & a center area cut & assemble work table; 8 feet of partial height partition to create an employee work station & waiting area. To remodel the matching 384 sq. ft. area on the upper floor immediately above, to be 6 emloyee work stations and a reception area by constructing partial height partitions between stations & installing modular furniture.
