(EMPIRE BUILDING - TOMLINSON & ASSOCIATES T.I.) This building is fire sprinklered under the provisions of the 1994 UCBC to allow it to be too big, too tall, and have too many stories. To construct interior tenant improvements for an office tenant on the 2nd floor of a historic building. This tenant will occupy the entire 2nd floor (8,160 square feet) and a portion of the first floor mezzanine (840 square feet). Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, a stairway from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor mezzanine, 2-hr walls around the stairway on the mezzaine level, a 90 minute automatic closing door at the bottom of the stairway, suspended ceilings, millwork, and interior finishes all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file.
