Migliaccio ###-#### ok to cover the exterior, Also the five foot section of perimeter insulation has been put in. Also Note: I have reviewed the 2000 code, back at the office and have the following comments to add,This system for this method of frost protection can only be put to use for an isolated house with no garage attached, this new area of construction is located directly behind the existing garage. also I have read that a minimum 12 inch deep perimeter footing is o required around the exterior walls, this new area approved by our office has a slab only. Note: I had been phoned by the customer, he had questions, That I could not answer, I refered him back to the plan reviewer ,prior to any inspections, Items above still not addressed, on approved plans. 3/2001 12:20:40 PM 12/23/2001 12:36:14 PM

Scheduled by a contractor via Hello! on 05/21/2001 at 06:40:29. Contact: ###-####. As per approved plan, foam in place around the perimeter, except for a 5 foot area at the north side, area has a slab poured out from patio, I have informed owner that this area would also require protection, this method of frost wall protection, in place of an actual footing to frost depth has been taken from the 2000 residential code, This single sheet from the 2000 code has been attached to the approved plans, Note Boise City does not enfoce the 2000 code at this time, but has approved this method for the customer. 12/21/2001 12:41:08 PM 12/21/2001 12:41:27 PM 12/21/2001 12:43:02 PM 12/21/2001 12:45:12 PM
