Other space is being done under BLD00-02601 at the address of 825 W. Idaho Street. This space will be 1,261 sq.ft. Work to include removal of existing interior walls and raised floor area, new exterior recessed entry area and door, construct a new one-hour rated tenant demising wall, interior finish, suspended ceiling adjustments, basement fire sprinkler adjustments, mechanical work, and electrical work. NO OCCUPANCY IS ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. A separate permit will be required to be obtained for a tenant to occupy the space. This is a Scope of Work Permit.
