(THE BIG EASY) Fire sprinklers substitute for 1-hr fire-resistive construction of the building. This space was formerly occupied by "Muggs & Movies". To convert a movie theater/restaurant (A-3 Occupancy) to a dance hall/concert hall (A-2.1 Occupancy). Work is to include remodeling the 7,303 square foot main floor and the 1,652 square foot mezzanine. The mezzanine was expanded under permit BLD00-02994. The occupant load of the main floor (568) and the occupant load of the mezzanine (194) shall be posted near the main exit from these areas. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13-1996 as regulated by the Fire Department. PC-726-00 **CJW** (12-27-00) SEE RESUBMITTED DRAWINGS FOR POSTING OF OCCUPANT LOADS. (4-4-01) MAXIMUM OCCUPANT LOADS ARE 568 MAIN ROOM, 194 MEZZANINE, 20 KITCHEN/ETC., 49 VIP LOUNGE, AND 55 LOBBY.
