To install and set up a double wide manufactured home per approved plans and manufactures requirements. Work to include 153 lineal foot of footings and foundation and hard surfaced off-street parking. Laundry room wall of existing structure will be fire rated per notes on site plan. Openings will not be allowed in manufactured home if distance between structures is closer than three feet. Eaves cannot be over 12 inches. Tie down documents must be at job site at time of inspection. Inspections are required prior to occupancy. A seperate electrical, plumbing and/or mechanical permits will also be required.
