*VANILLA FINISH - FUTURE TENANT SPACE - NO OCCUPANCY / USE UNDER THIS PERMIT* To construct new interior non-bearing walls and ceiling structure to create and finish areas for future use as private & open office, breakroom & two accessible complying restrooms, all approximately 950 sq. ft. in area. Remaining portion of 21,370 sq. ft. being prepared for possible storage area. This permit includes installation of smoke & heat removal vents in roof as indicated on plans and per 1997 UFC, Article 81; to complete the 1-hour tenant separation wall between this tenant space and space immediately to the North. NO OTHER WORK UNDER THIS PERMIT. REQUIRED ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING & MECHANICAL BEYOND THAT INDICATED SPECIFICALLY ON PLAN IS REQUIRED TO PART OF APPLICATION & PLAN SUBMITTAL FOR A TIME OF TENANT IMPROVEMENT PERMIT FOR NEW TENANT. FUTURE SUBMITTAL MAY REQUIRED AN OCCUPANCY SEPARATION WALL BETWEEN TENANT SPACES AND OTHER AREAS DEPENDING ON FINAL OCCUPANCY USE DECLARATIONS BY FUTURE TENANT. THIS SPACE WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE FULLY ACCESSIBLE AS A CONDITION OF THE NEW FUTURE TENANT AND DETAILS ARE TO BE PROVIDE ON FUTURE PLAN SUBMITTALS DECLARING THE ACCESSIBLE ROUTE, TO INCLUDE PARKING, RAMPS, LANDINGS, RAILINGS, DOORS, HARDWARE, ETC. PER CH. 11, APPENDIX CH. 11 & CABO/ANSI A117.1-92. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinkled under previous permits with specific limits based on strorage heights and commodity classification per Article 81 UFC & NFPA #13. A SEPARATE SUBMITTAL OF APPLICATION, ENGINEERING FOR DESIGN & LOAD CALCULATIONS, RACK ATTACHMENT TO CONCRETE, ETC. PER SECTIONS 2222 THRU 2229, CH. 22, DIV.
