To remodel for a new doctor's office/surgery center tenant space and increasing the area from 3,864 to 4,090 sq.ft. in an existing building per approved plans on file. Work to include miscellaneous interior demolition work, a new exterior window, a new exterior accessible sloped walk, a new unisex accessible bathing/toilet room, accessible upgrades including existing restrooms, structural modifications to reinforce the wood framed floor underneath the Radiology room (new beams, posts, and footings), structural support for new light fixture in Operating room at existing roof truss, new portions of one-hour rated tenant demising wall and new rated door, new one-hour rated medical gas closet, new interior walls and doors, interior finish, new suspended ceiling, alarm work, plumbing work, mechanical work, and electrical work. The surgery area is being separated from the office/exam area by a one-hour fire rating (walls and ceiling) and 20 minute rated doors, because of a State of Idaho requirement, not a Boise City requirement.
