BANNOCK, US WEST / AT&T BUILDING, 1ST FLOOR ** To prepare a 1,400 sq. ft. area located in the northeast corner of the 1st floor of the AT&T / US WEST, building for remodel by demolition of interior nonbearing walls & ceilings; mechanical demolition; removal of 2 pumps & piping. The Fire Sprinkler System layout, Vesda Smoke Detection System, and Pre-Action System SHALL not be removed or altered under this demolition permit. The scope of demo work SHALL not affect the proper functioning of these systems. Plans for proposed remodel have been submitted for review under BLD00-02827. This demolition and future remodel will require modification of the above noted systems and relocation / construction of 1-hour occupancy separations & protection of penetrations / openings at new fire wall locations. NO NEW CONSTRUCTION IS ALLOWED WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THIS DEMOLITION PERMIT. ALL EXISTING SPRINKLER, SMOKE, PRE-ACTION SYSTEMS SHALL REMAIN IN PLACE & OPERATIONAL WITH NO OCCUPANCY OR USE ALLOWED WITHIN THE AREA OF THE DEMOLITION PERMIT SCOPE.
