Deck to be of wood construction with guardrails but no type of roof structure or covering, supported by engineered beams on treated columns poured into reinforced concrete piers. New canvas canopy on non-combustible frame, extends into right-of-way as governed by ACHD, at new entry stairs. ONLY THE DECK AND THE CANVAS CANOPY CAN EXTEND OVER THE PROPERTY LINE PER LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH ACHD. ALL OTHER PORTIONS OF REMODEL, TO INCLUDE STAIR SYSTEM, ENTRY CONSTRUCTION AND FINISH SHALL, BE MAINTAINED WITHIN THE INDIVIDUAL BUILDING PROPERTY LINES LOCATED AT THE EXTERIOR FACE OF WALLS ON THE NORTH & EAST SIDES.
