To expand an existing 1,122 square foot mezzanine to 1,696 square feet (574 square foot addition). Work is to include 3" x 10" floor joists, wood beams, and wood floor sheathing for the East expansion. Work is to include concrete footings, steel columns, steel beams, and a concrete floor for the Northwest expansion.
