To construct a new stairway between the basement and first floor of an historic building. A portion of the first floor diaphragm will be removed. Work is to include a concrete footing, a bearing/shear wall, 1-hr corridor walls, 20 minute doors, and a stairway all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file.
