To resolve exit separation concerns, a 1-hr tenant demising wall divides this tenant space into two separate areas for exiting. Non-structural demolition is also covered by this permit. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, 1-hr tenant demising walls, relocated and new doors, relocated and new windows, suspended ceiling repairs, 1-hr corridor modifications, and interior finishes all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file.
