To remodel a 10,000 sq ft portion of the 1st floor in and existing 85659 sq ft two story building. This work will be performed in the northwest corner of the first floor. This tenant improvement will convert existing factory rooms into vocational training rooms for employees per approved plans on file. Work to include, installation of a new raised floor system, construction of interior partitions, installation of new suspended ceiling system, repair existing corridor and reception area to comply with a one-hour rated corridor system, construct a new exterior door from the raised floor area, construct an accessible ramp to the raised floor area.
