Remodeling an existing 2,473 sq.ft. space at the west end of the building and expanding it with an additional 867 sq.ft. of area from adjacent tenant space per approved plans on file. New total for this space will be 3,340 sq.ft.This remodel being done in conjunction with adjacent space being done under (BLD00-03664). Work to include miscellaneous interior demolition work, new rated door in existing one-hour rated corridor, new one-hour wall portion of rated corridor, new one-hour rated tenant demising wall, some new interior walls with doors and windows, interior finish, suspended ceiling work, mechanical work, and electrical work.
