*PRONTO PUPS KIOSK & GILES FSH-5 RECIRCULATING GREASE HOOD* To install a Giles FSH-5 Recirculating Type I Grease Hood per ICBO EVALUATION SERVICES REPORT, ER-5148, copy attached. Approved for a maximum of two fryer vats in compliance with listing. Verification of installation and functioning of required safety features per manufacture's listing, copy included, and all interconnected fire / life safety features from the hood safety feature's to the existing building warning and fire systems are compatible and all systems operate, all verified by the fire department field inpsector & structural inspector required as a condition of final approval for use and issuance of a Letter of Completion for the Pronto Pups Kiosk location. The hood is supported to the structure above by (4)- 1/2" all-thread from the top of the hood to the support structure above and two Rawls Expansion anchors, 3" x 1/2", are inserted into the masonry fastening the hood directly to the wall structure. VERIFY THAT THERE ARE NO COMBUSTIBLE WITHIN THE RANGES SPECIFIED IN THE ER REPORT AND THAT THE EXIT SYSTEM IS NOT BLOCKED OR REDUCED. Separate electrical & mechanical permits are required. drs
