The quantity of hazardous materials within the "lab block" shall not exceed the exempt quantities established by 1997 UBC Tables 3-D and 3-E. Selective nonstructural demolation is covered under this permit. Work is to include 1-hr occupancy separation walls, interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, modifications to the suspended ceiling system, mill work, interior finishes, an exhaust system, and equipment all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file.
