(1st floor 2414 sq. ft.)(2nd floor 931 sq. ft.). This lot is within a hillside area and is subject to the hillside ordinances. Class "A" roof and defensible area will be required. Unless otherwise approved by the Boise City Fire Department, this structure shall be fitted with an NFPA 13D fire sprinkler system including a single row of dry sidewall sprinklers in garage.
