To remodel the tenant in the north end of the building consisting of a 10,000 sq.ft. first floor and 5,000 sq.ft. second floor per approved plans on file. Occupancies to be retail showroom/fabrication wood working shop/office and storage. Work to include, construction of a one-hour occupancy separation between the F1 wood working shop and the offices and retail areas, removal of gaudrail on the second floor and construct one-hour occupancy separation wall, installation of an approved dust removal system, construction of a circular stairway between First and Second floor office spaces, installation of new glazing storefront glazing and door, construction of interior partitions to create additional office spaces on the second floor, Miscelaneous related interior finishes. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. Any alterations or modifications to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. This building was constructed in Ada County and annexed into Boise City.
