To separate the "S3" occupancy area from the retail area and the adjacent tenant spaces to the east and west with a new 1-hour occupancy separation wall; to separate the retail area from adjacent tenant spaces by construction of a 1-hour tenant demising wall. There is an existing 5.5 X 54.5 foot display shelf, a part of the original mezzanine now located in this tenant space, only accessed by a ladder to display - not accessible for any other purpose. The tenant separation wall continues from the concrete mezzanine deck to the double "T" concrete roof structure.
