Section #3 is three stories, 30 units, above the three hour occupancy separation per UBC Section 311.2.2.1. The first floor is 9,230 sq.ft., the second is 9,230 sq.ft., the third floor is 9,230 sq.ft. with 1,365 sq.ft. for mezzanines. NOTE: This building is fire sprinklered with a NFPA 13-R system with an approved alternate for installation of sprinkler heads at each side of area separation wall to replace doors across exterior exit balconies.
