Description
To construct a new 17,700 sq.ft. parking garage, with a three hour hour occupancy separation per UBC Section 311.2.2.1. below a 54 unit apartment building. The exterior openings meet UBC Section 311.9.2.2 for open parking garage ventilation requirements. The north wall of the existing apartment building is required to be a four-hour area separation wall with proper opening protection. All construct per the approved plans, attached comment list. This project is located in the 100 year flood plain area. A flood plain certificate will be required for each building located in this area.
