*(ST LUKES- NORTH WING - 3RD FLOOR)(C.V.O.R. ROOM)* To remove portions of interior non-bearing walls as per plan and construct a temporary construction access hall through the existing Staff Support Area, the Work Room, Supply Room and into the Operating Room, approximately 1,600 s.f. in area. To continue to use the Staff, Work & Supply Room Areas not part of the construction access per current uses. To remove interior suspended ceiling & grid, wall covering & framing as needed to allow installation of new lead lining on three interior walls or the O.R.; to install structural support system per engineering for new rails & suspended equipment; support for new equipment room folding partion divider; new grid system, electrical & mechanical in Operating Room; fire-resistive wall cover, new finish, cabinetry & equipment all per approved plans. Remove temporary construction hall and restore all areas to original condition. All penetrations of fire-resistive walls and floor systems shall be maintained or upgraded to meet current code for all disturbed, new or existing unprotected areas revealed as a part of this permit. NOTE: This building is fully sprinkled. A "Letter of Completion / Compliance" is required for this project when all is done. PC#01-111/drs
