The 1,700 square foot kitchen will remain virtually unchanged. Work is to include guardrails, interior nonbearing walls, floor coverings, a bar, a 1,000 gallon grease interceptor, and furniture all per approved drawings, engineering, and plan review conditions on file. The capacity of the assembly area (250) shall be posted on an approved sign near the main exit from the restaurant.
