To use non-combustible, nonbearing metal frame walls and sheetrock cover to create a new entry vestibule and mechanical rooms, To install new suspended ceiling grid system; modify the existing sprinkler system for NFPA #13 & UBC Sec. 904 Code compliance; upgrade mechanical to meet ventilation & test equipment needs; provide new interior finishes; extend N2 gas, compressed air & sewer line to the new space; Install exit door security Access-Egress Control per Boise City Policy, copy attached. All per approved plans, notes on plans and attached plan review comments. A "Letter of Completion / Compliance" is required for final occupancy & use of this test lab facility.
